Francesco Lanzillotta was born in Rome in 1977. He graduated in orchestral conduction and composition obtaining the highest marks at the St. Cecilia Conservatory of Music in Rome. He also studied piano.
His compositions have been performed in the most important festivals. He has written for ensembles such as Concentus Romae, Quartetto Pessoa, Gruppo Strumentale Musica d'Oggi.
