Ludivine Gombert studied with Claude Poulain de la Fontaine and worked with Luisa Maragliano and Abbie Furmansky. She won the Jeune Espoire Prize at the Marmande International Competition.
In 2010/11 she played the role of Love in Cherubini's Pygmalion at the Festival de Musique Ancienne d' Avignon, Micaëla in Carmen in L'opéra de Reims, Barberine in the Wedding of Figaro at the Opéra-Théâtre d'Avignon, and that of the Priestess in the Aida by Chorégies d'Orange. In 2012/13, she played Susanna's role in Mozart's Figaro Wedding at the Opera Massy Theatre, in a production directed by Jean-Paul Scarpitta with the Montpellier Orchestra conducted by Raphael Schluesselberg. In the same year she played the role of Inès in Il Trovatore, Annina in La Traviata and Nadia Popoff in La Vedova Allegra.
In 2014, she interpreted the role of Pomme d'Api in Offenbach's Pomme d'Api. In the last seasons she played the role of Mimi in Puccini's Bohéme at the Opéra de Reims and that of Inès in the Trovatore at the Chorégies d' Orange.
